Please double-check that your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Sleek Customs isn’t responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect address. If your order is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we’re unable to guarantee its safety. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Items are processed same day and shipped out the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please be aware that any customs fees, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for international orders that are returned or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges.

RETURNS

At Sleek Customs, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following terms:

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These sales are final. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
